Anticipate client needs, offering assistance and support throughout their visit. Provide exceptional service and undivided attention. Assist clients with purchases, answer inquiries, and provide directions. Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all aspects of the client experience are executed flawlessly. Escort clients to their vehicles, ensuring a seamless departure.
  • Exam Room Preparation and Room Service: Ensure exam rooms are meticulously prepared, creating a clean and calming environment. Offer thoughtful room service, catering to the comfort of both clients and their pets.
  • Administrative Support: Efficiently manage administrative tasks, including responding to emails, monitoring appointment and refill requests in our software, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Event Support: Assist with the setup and execution of practice events, contributing to a positive and engaging experience for attendees.
